TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to every purchase of products or services from Navy Veteran Asset, LLC, doing business as GrimBever, LLC ("GrimBever," "we," "us," or "our"). GrimBever is a home-based federally licensed firearms manufacturer and dealer (Type 07 FFL 5-42-181-07-7H-06293) located in Norwalk, Iowa. Please read these Terms before you use the site or place an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to, including our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Restrictions by State. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. To buy a handgun, or a handgun frame or receiver, you must be at least 21. To buy a rifle or shotgun, you must be at least 18. Where a state or local law sets a higher age, that higher age applies.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally allowed to buy and possess every item in your order where you live, and that you are buying it for yourself or as a lawful gift, not for someone who is not allowed to have it. We may ask for proof of age or identity before we ship.

3. Where We Sell and Ship

We sell online only to customers in the United States. We ship only to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any address outside the United States.

4. Firearm Purchases

• Firearms are never shipped directly to you. Every firearm ships to a licensed FFL dealer you choose at checkout, and we confirm that dealer against ATF's list of current licensees.
• Please check with your dealer before you order to make sure they accept transfers, and ask about their transfer fee. That fee is set and collected by your dealer, not by us.
• You complete ATF Form 4473, the background check, any waiting period, and any state paperwork at your dealer, under federal, state, and local law.
• At checkout you confirm that the firearm is legal for you to own in your state and locality.
• If the firearm comes back to us because you cannot legally receive it or your dealer will not transfer it for any reason, including a denied or delayed background check, a state handgun roster or other state or local restriction, or the dealer declining the transfer, we refund the purchase price minus the original shipping charge, the return shipping charge, and a 15% restocking fee. These charges are waived only when the return is caused by our error or a defect.

We may refuse or cancel any order, at any time before it ships, if we believe the sale may not be lawful, the information provided is not accurate, or the order may be a straw purchase. Any payment for a canceled order is refunded to the original payment method, less any costs described above.

5. Items We Do Not Sell Online

We do not sell any of the following through this website: ammunition; primers, smokeless or black powder, CO2 or gas cartridges, or other hazardous materials; NFA items such as suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and short-barreled shotguns; suppressor parts and suppressor mounts; stun guns and TASERs; and pepper spray or pepper launchers. If any of these appears on the site by mistake, we will cancel that part of your order and refund it.

6. State and Local Restrictions

Some items cannot be shipped to certain states, counties, or cities. Our checkout blocks orders for items we know are restricted at your shipping address, and our Shipping Restrictions by State page summarizes those rules. Reloading supplies can be shipped only where that page allows.

Firearm laws change often, and our checkout and restrictions page may not reflect every state or local law. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live, and your receiving dealer makes the final decision on whether a firearm can be transferred to you. If we learn that an item in your order cannot lawfully be shipped or transferred to you, we may cancel and refund that item.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout. If a price, description, image, or availability on the site is wrong, we may correct it and cancel any affected order, even after you receive an order confirmation, and we will refund any payment for the canceled items.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Orders placed by 12 PM Central on a business day start processing that day; processing takes 2–4 business days, and delivery by UPS or FedEx typically takes 5–7 days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, your receiving dealer, or background-check processing.

9. Returns and Refunds

Firearm sales are final once your dealer completes the transfer. Eligible non-firearm items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to new or unfired items that are returned, and the original and return shipping charges are not refunded. The restocking fee and shipping charges are waived only when the return is caused by our error or a defect. See our Return Policy for full details and how to start a return.

10. Custom Work and Services

Custom builds and gunsmithing services (and Cerakote finishing, once available) are quoted individually. Quotes are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required before work begins. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

11. Product Information and Warranties

Product descriptions, specifications, and images come from manufacturers and distributors and may contain errors or change without notice. Products are covered only by their manufacturer's warranty, if any. Except where the law does not allow it, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Safe and Lawful Use

Firearms and firearm parts are dangerous if handled, installed, or stored improperly. You are responsible for their safe handling, use, storage, and installation, and for following the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable laws. Parts and accessories should be installed by a qualified gunsmith if you are unsure how to do it.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, belongs to GrimBever or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GrimBever and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or of any product or service you buy from us. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrimBever and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of this website or our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your use, misuse, installation, or modification of any product bought from us
• Any injury, death, or property damage resulting from your use of firearms, parts, accessories, or reloading supplies sold by GrimBever
• Your failure to follow manufacturer instructions, safety guidelines, or the law on firearm use and storage

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and applicable federal law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Warren County, Iowa.

17. Not Legal Advice

Information on this website, including the Shipping Restrictions by State page, is provided for general information only and is not legal advice. It may be incomplete or out of date. For questions about what you may lawfully buy, own, or transport, please consult an attorney or your local authorities.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
